St Austin's Stafford
New leaders are currently attending a Bethsaida training course, and we are hoping to start a new youth group at St Austin's very soon. Please see the church newsletter, or contact Fr Michael for more details.

Holy Trinity, Newcastle Possibly the longest running youth group in Staffordshire. The group has met every Sunday after the evening Mass for many years. The group has new leaders and has re-launched. If you are interested, please contact Fr Philip on 01782 616483.

St Augustine's Meir This is a brand new youth group for Yr4-8. It meets every Tuesday between 6.30 & 8.00pm in the Primary School. There are activities such as; games, arts & craft, as well as having speakers, going on trips, and importantly space to have time with your friends. Please contact Jenny on 01782 396610

Our Lady of Lourdes, Hednesford This a new group and is for Yr5+. They meet every Friday in the parish hall. For more details, contact Sean Corbett on 07966 448907.

Our Lady of the Angels, Stoke Fr The and some of the mums have started a group in this parish. They meet each Thursday in term time, and enjoy activities like; drama, music & singing, sports & games, including Tai Chi! This is for Yr4 - 7. They usually start at 6.30pm and finish at 8.00pm. Lichfield 'Pathfinders': is a teenage liturgy group, which meets during the 11.00am Mass at SS Peter & Paul. The group reads and discusses the readings of the day, and reflects on what the scriptures mean to them in their daily lives. The Immaculate Conception and St Dominic, Stone An active group of 8/13 year olds. They meet on alternate Fridays during school term at 6.30pm to 8.00pm at St Dominic's Parish Social Centre. Activities include; drama, wide games, music, liturgy preparation & trips. Each meeting ends with prayer and meditation. SS Joseph & Etheldreda, Rugeley This is aimed mainly at 10/13 year olds, although there are now some 'older' young people. They meet each Sunday after evening Mass. For information please contact Fr Peter on 01889 582586

St Mary, Brewood A parish group for yr 6 - yr9, which meets on Fridays. Contact Fr Michael on 01902 850394.

Tamworth YOSH (Youth Of the Sacred Heart) This is a long-standing group, which meets every Thursday evening during term time, at 7.00 - 9.00pm. Yr6 & above. Contact Peter Malewski on 07886 832 722.

St Anne's, Stafford A group that started in May 2006. This group meets fortnightly during term time and is for young people in Yrs 5 - 7. SS George & Martin, Birches Head A group for 7-11 year olds was started in January 2004. It is going from strength to strength, with an attendance of approximately 30 each week meeting after Mass on Sunday at 6.00pm till 7.30pm. A number of adults lead the group with a variety of games and creative crafts followed by stories and prayer time. An older group for children aged 12-14 years now runs on a Thursday evening 6.30pm till 8.00pm. For more information on either group, contact Ange Casey on 07821 257 673 or jimange@bun.com

St Wulstan's, Wolstanton This group was launched in May 2005 and is known as 3P, as it represents the 3 Parishes of Wolstanton, Knutton & Chesterton. The group is for Yr6 and above, and meets fortnightly in the parish hall at Chesterton, after the Sunday evening Mass, during term time. For more information contact Ursula Chadburn on 01782 631707.

St Giles', Cheadle, St Wilfred, Cotton & St Thomas's, Tean This group meets at St Giles School, Cheadle on alternate Fridays (in term time). It's for those aged between 8 & 11 (up to the end of Yr6), there is also a group for Yr7 and above, which meets on the same night. For more information contact Sandra Mills on 07746 326 131.

Our Lady & St Werburgh, Clayton There are 3 groups in this parish; for Yr 5-6, Yr 7-9 & Yr 10+. They all meet every other Thursday night between 6pm - 8pm. Contact Fr Stephen.

St Teresa's, Trent Vale Known as the STYGs (aka St Teresa's Youth Group) the children attend Workshops in the church Meeting Room on about 6 Saturday's per year. Each meeting starts at 10.30 am and finishes at 6.30 pm after the children have taken part in Mass. With more than 60 members, they are divided into Senior and Junior STYGs.
